A family business that treats your home like ours

Holiday Home Services is a family-owned cleaning and home watch company in Naples, Florida, founded by Brian and Natalie Gilmore. The company serves homeowners, vacation rental hosts and builders across Naples and Marco Island.

Our story

Brian and Natalie built Holiday Home Services on a background in construction and cleaning, and have served the Naples and Marco Island area for more than 25 years. That mix matters: we clean to a white-glove standard, and we know how a home is put together, so we spot problems early and can get you multiple quotes from local trades we trust.

Many of our clients spend part of the year away. We clean their homes, turn over their rentals, check on the house while it sits empty and take care of whatever comes up, so they don't have to fly down.

How we work

Every home gets a written checklist agreed at a free walk-through. Turnovers and home watch visits end with a photo report. If something is wrong, we tell you right away and recommend a fix.
