Recurring cleaning on your schedule
Choose weekly, every two weeks, monthly or quarterly service. We agree on a written checklist at a free walk-through, so every visit covers the same rooms to the same standard, and anything special, from orchids to a wine room, is noted.

Deep cleaning, top to bottom
Deep cleaning is our most detailed service. It reaches what regular cleaning doesn't: baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts, vents and fans, inside appliances on request, and the slider tracks and screens that collect sand and salt in a coastal home.
Most clients book a deep clean to start service, before a busy season or after a houseful of guests.
Condos, corporate units and commercial spaces
We clean condos in high-rise and mid-rise buildings, corporate apartments between occupants and small commercial spaces. We follow each building's vendor and elevator rules, so you don't have to coordinate them.
Move-in and move-out cleaning
Selling, buying or changing tenants? We clean empty homes from top to bottom, including cabinets and closets, so the next owner or renter starts fresh.
