Florida home with a tile roof and palm trees

Holiday Home Services provides home watch in Naples and on Marco Island. Trained home watch reporters inspect seasonal homes inside and out on a schedule, usually weekly or every two weeks, and send a GPS-enabled, time-stamped photo report after every visit. Problems are reported right away with recommendations.

Why seasonal homes need home watch

Water leaks and A/C failures are the two problems that do the most damage to an empty Florida home, and both get worse by the day. Too much can happen in a month, so we recommend weekly or at least bi-weekly visits.

Every visit, documented

Each home gets its own checklist. Every visit is logged by GPS-enabled reporting software, time-stamped and archived, and you receive the report with photos. If we find a problem, we call you, recommend a fix and can meet the vendor so you don't have to fly down.

Storm season and concierge

Before a storm we help prepare the property, and afterward we inspect and report. Concierge services cover vendor access, deliveries, mail forwarding, trash days and contractor supervision.

Trained and accountable

Brian and Natalie Gilmore are graduates of the Home Watch Training Program, and the company is a member of the Home Watch Network. Our team is professionally trained, registered, bonded and insured.

Home watch questions

How often should my home be checked?

We recommend weekly or at least bi-weekly visits. Water leaks and A/C failures cause the most damage in empty Florida homes, and they get worse quickly.

What do I get after each visit?

A detailed report with photos from GPS-enabled, time-stamped reporting software. If something needs attention, we contact you right away.

Can you coordinate repairs?

Yes. We recommend trusted local vendors, schedule them and can stay on site while they work.

Is home watch the same as property management?

No. Home watch is scheduled inspection and reporting for a home that's empty. We also offer cleaning and concierge services, so one team can look after the home end to end.
