Holiday Home Services opens and closes seasonal homes in Naples and on Marco Island. Opening cleans prepare the home before owners arrive in the fall. Closing cleans clean and close up the home in the spring, and home watch visits can continue through the summer.
Opening your home for the season
Tell us your arrival date and we'll have the home cleaned and ready: dust and pollen cleared from months of quiet, beds made, kitchen and baths fresh, and lanai furniture set back out.

Closing your home for the summer
When you head north, we clean the home thoroughly so nothing is left to attract pests or mildew, then close it up to your instructions. Florida's summer humidity is hard on a closed house, so we record the thermostat setting and indoor humidity on the way out.

Pair it with home watch
Most owners who close for the summer add weekly or bi-weekly home watch visits. We check for leaks, A/C problems and storm damage, and send a photo report after every visit, so small problems don't become expensive ones.
